What makes it different

What Makes Parkinson's Curious Different?

Parkinson's Curious brings people with Parkinson's together for real conversation, connection, and a little fun along the way.

But we are doing things a little differently.

Less lecturing. Less sitting politely while somebody reads slides you could have Googled yourself. More honest conversation, useful ideas, shared experience, humor, connection, and reasons to actually participate.

Some sessions are open and reflective. Others use a well-timed question, a quick poll, or a friendly challenge to get the conversation going. The format changes; the welcome stays the same.

This isn't about pretending Parkinson's is fun. It's about remembering that people with Parkinson's are still interesting, curious, opinionated, complicated human beings with far more to talk about than medication schedules and bowel movements.

Come to laugh, connect, be heard, share what you know, and keep engaging with life beyond the diagnosis.

Why people join

01

Everyone can join in

Join however feels right — listen, speak, type, or click a quick answer. One-click responses show up a few times during the hour, so everyone is heard.

Should the driving age be the same as the age to go to war?

Tap one to share your take — no typing needed.

Yes — one age makes sense
No — they are very different
It depends on the person
02

YOUR people

This is a room of people who get it. No explaining, no performing—just honest conversation with others who understand the same road.

03

Real Engagement not lectures

Small groups. Warm hosts. We give your voice room and your replies time — you're welcome to share as much or as little as you like.
